Our machine is equipped with an InnerLogic High Definition Plasma Cutter with a Burny 10 LCD Plus Controller that operates our auto height controlled plasma head, two oxy-fuel torches, and a scriber on a 10’ x 40’ air operated water table. We are capable of plasma cutting up to 2” thick plate and oxy-fuel cutting up to 6” thick plate in all grades of carbon steel. We are also capable of plasma cutting stainless steel material up to 1-1/2” thick and aluminum material up to 1” thick. The scriber is used to etch letters, numbers, center marks, weld lines, etc. upon customer request.
